A collaborative platform to manage the process of building and renovating a private property.

Background
Drawing from my experience as an interior designer, I’ve seen how renovating or designing a home can quickly become an overwhelming and complex process.
For property owners, it’s a challenging journey of managing budgets, meeting timelines, and making critical decisions without prior expertise.
Meanwhile, architects and designers devote extensive time guiding owners through every step, from sourcing materials to managing schedules, working diligently to keep the project on track and prevent delays that could derail progress.
Problem statement
Property owners
With limited understanding of the project process, they find it difficult to manage and oversee the various stages of building and renovating their homes effectively.
Architects and Interior designers
Must provide clear and comprehensive guidance to property owners throughout the construction and renovation process, ensuring adherence to scheduled tasks and smooth project execution.

Research
My research explored a variety of work management and task platforms, design and remodeling apps, real estate websites, and expense management solutions, while also diving into renovation guides, forums, and social media groups.
Through my work as an interior designer and collaboration with colleagues, I’ve seen the frustration of managing a disjointed renovation process . Despite the variety of tools available, none provide a cohesive platform to simplify the complexities of construction and design. The continual back-and-forth between apps, emails, and multiple stakeholders makes it difficult to effectively track, document, and manage every aspect of the project

Make the account setup process engaging by emphasizing the creative essence of interior design. Enable designers to showcase their previous work and define their style to set the tone for personalized and inspiring journey.

Track, manage, and inspire: all in one interface
A top timeline monitors progress, a dropdown streamlines task management, and the bottom highlights inspiration alongside a monthly timeline. The menu provides quick access to chat, appointments, expenses, and the gallery.

Goal & Task
Clear Task Flow
The task screens organize tasks by project steps, offering detailed insights into assignees, schedules, required documents, and remarks. This clear and structured layout promotes accountability, enhances collaboration, and ensures tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
